Home is where our lives and future unfold. Home is where our families gather and our thoughts return to even when we can’t be there. Our homes aren’t so much about the color of the walls or the dimensions of the room, but how they make us feel and that’s why I’m so passionate about representing you.
My professional achievements and personal credibility matter as your real estate agent. I’ve enjoyed a professional career that includes both entrepreneurial companies and Fortune 100 corporations. As a national director of sales my charter included leading a 4,000+ sales force, driving sales exceeding $4-billion annually and launching a new product national rollout to thousands of new hires in 50-cities. My sales focus was spent at the ‘C’ level or chief executive suites of large corporations, but nothing has been as satisfying as being on the ‘front line’ helping people buy and sell homes.
I’ve leveraged my sales and marketing experience to eventually morph into a real estate career specializing in land acquisition, home building and residential development. My first real estate sale was $3M followed by a $16M sale and I was hooked. I’ve since represented hundreds of home buyers and sellers.
I’m a real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Heartland Multiple Listing Service (HMLS), Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) and served on the Sales and Marketing Council of the Kansas City Home Builders Association.
